SEASONAL TOURERS

(AVAILABLE FROM 1ST MARCH TO 1ST DECEMBER)

WE HAVE Two TYPES OF SEASONAL PITCH…

SUPER PITCHES

Our Super pitches offer a large hard standing plus grass and feature an illuminated service bollard which provides a 16 amp electric hook-up & personal water hook-up. There is also a grey waste-water trap.  

STANDARD PITCHES

Our Standard pitches provide a hard standing plus grass area and 10 amps electric hook-up.

AWNINGs

Please note that awnings are not appropriate on all pitches. We do not permit awnings to be erected when you are not staying at your caravan for obvious safety and security reasons.

We also ask that awnings are taken down after 2 weeks to allow us to cut the grass and maintain the pitch.

Due to health and safety we do not permit sleeping in awnings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

In addition to the pitch fee deposit, new customers are required to pay a one-off security deposit of £400, which will be returned when the pitch is vacated, where adequate notice has been given, all bills including electricity, water & rates are settled, all belongings removed and the pitch is left in a clean and tidy condition.

SERVICE CHARGE

The service charge includes rates, water and sewerage and other services. This is estimated to be £420 for the 2025 season. This will be invoiced in July, together with electricity usage which is metered and charged at the ‘Pass through rate’.

WINTER STORAGE

Winter storage is optional for an additional fee. If you take up this option, you just leave your caravan on its pitch over the winter months. If you do not require storage, you can take your caravan off for the winter period.

PLEASE NOTE

• Dogs cannot be left unattended. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
