ANNUAL COSTINGS & INFORMATION
Annual Pitch Fees for 2025 - Start from £3,800.
Service Charge 2025 - The service charge includes rates, water and sewerage and other services. This is estimated to be £490 for the 2025 season and will be invoiced in July. Electricity usage is metered and charged at the ‘Pass through rate’ twice a year.
Gas - Gas can be ordered at Reception and is delivered twice a week. The cost of a 47kg gas is £88.50.
Holiday Home Insurance - We can arrange your insurance for you, please ask for a quote.
Decking - As part of the siting and connection charge we provide railing-in. If you would like a larger deck, please ask for a quote.
Free Gas Safety Test - All holiday homes will receive a free annual gas safety test. This is a requirement in order to comply with the park rules. This test checks that all your appliances, including gas bottle connections are safe and comply with current regulations.
Draining Down For The Winter - Towards the end of the season you are expected to prepare your holiday home for the winter. A drain down is required to remove all the water from within the pipe work of your caravan. Burst pipes are due to the caravan not being drained down properly during the winter months. In unexpected cold snaps the pipe work can freeze, the pipes expand and split causing bursts. We highly recommend having your caravan drained down at the end of the season prior to leaving the caravan for the winter season. We use a recommended gas engineer who can arrange your winter drain down service.
